The Position:

We are currently recruiting for full time, permanent Warranty Officer in our Ballymena Head Office

Job Reference WO/HO/10/22

Hours: You will work 40 Hours per week, working between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday

Job Role:

• To deal with warranties, repairs and returns as quickly and accurately as possible while ensuring that all paperwork is correct on our computer system
• To work in conjunction with Credit Control to ensure customer returns are processed quickly
• To ensure Special parts ordered but not required are returned quickly and that the relevant paperwork is completed accurately
• To keep Surcharges up to date on a daily basis
• To support all branches with warranties and returns
• To assist with Warehouse duties as required
• To provide the best Customer Service by being helpful and courteous to all current and potential customers and to all colleagues across the company

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
